The number of travelers worldwide will restore to its 2019 level from 2023, before the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to traffic collapse, says the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The people remain keen to air travel in the short and long-term as the global tourist number will observe substantial recovery in 2021 and 2022 to sequentially transcend to the pre-Covid levels in the year 2023.
